Reasonable revisions relating to the original project scope may be accommodated. Requests involving additional drawings, design modifications, or expanded project scope may require additional time and fees.

All project files, drawings, and related materials submitted to ALM Estimating are handled with reasonable care and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested estimating services, except where disclosure is required by law.
Our estimating services are intended as professional estimating support only. Clients should independently review all estimates before relying on them for contractual, financial, or construction decisions.
ALM Estimating does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or project management services. Our reports are not a substitute for the independent judgment of licensed architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, or other qualified professionals.
