These Service Terms describe the conditions under which ALM Estimating provides construction estimating, quantity takeoff, material takeoff, and related estimating services. By requesting or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our estimates are prepared using the drawings, specifications, and project information supplied by the client. Any changes to the project after work has begun may require additional time, revised pricing, or a new estimate.
If you need to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible using our official contact channels. Early notice allows us to review your request before work progresses.
If a cancellation request is received before work has started, we may consider a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the project and any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.
Once estimating work has commenced, refunds may not be available because professional time, resources, and project planning have already been dedicated to your project.
Completed construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, material takeoffs, labor takeoffs, and related deliverables are generally non-refundable once they have been completed and provided to the client.
If an error is identified within the originally agreed project scope, ALM Estimating will review the matter and, where appropriate, provide reasonable corrections without additional charge.
Requests involving revised drawings, design modifications, expanded project scope, or additional estimating work may require additional fees and revised delivery schedules.
Our estimates are prepared for budgeting, bidding, procurement, and planning purposes. Actual construction costs may vary due to changes in labor rates, material prices, supplier availability, project conditions, design revisions, market fluctuations, or other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Service Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon publication on this page together with the updated revision date.
